Na verwerking van je bestelling ontvang je een track&trace code via e-mail. Voor bestellingen boven €19,99 bieden wij gratis verzending binnen Nederland. Bestellingen geplaatst op werkdagen voor 17:00 uur versturen we nog dezelfde dag. Alle bestellingen worden verzonden met PostNL of DHL.
Retourneren
Na aankoop van een product van Dr. Deaf heb je een bedenktijd van dertig dagen. Binnen deze periode kun je het product zonder opgaaf van redenen retour sturen. Vergeet niet je ordernummer te vermelden bij de retourzending. Houd er rekening mee dat de kosten voor het retourneren voor eigen rekening zijn.
